                                The Distributor is responsible for the promotion, sale, and delivery of U-ONE vessels on the French market as well as internationally, including territories outside the European Union.<\/p>

                                VAT and Registration Status of Vessels<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>

                                U-ONE vessels may be sold under different fiscal and registration frameworks depending on the Buyer\u2019s status and intended use:<\/p>

                                1. Private Vessels \u2013 Non-EU Registration<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

                                Certain vessels may be:<\/p>

                                • Sold as private yachts<\/strong><\/li>
                                • Registered outside the European Union<\/strong><\/li>
                                • Delivered and\/or located within French territorial waters under applicable customs regimes<\/li><\/ul>

                                  In such cases:<\/p>

                                  • The vessel is considered non-EU goods<\/strong><\/li>
                                  • EU VAT (TVA) is not paid nor applicable at the time of sale<\/strong><\/li>
